Aleksandar Villa & Spa - Ohrid

The location with beautiful gardens was perfect, my room was amazing with a super comfy bed, and the breakfast was satisfying.

Perfect location for exploring the area, super close to both the lake and town. 🌅 the breakfast was decent with a good variety of items to choose from.

The location was perfect for a summer vacation, right next to Ohrid, restaurants, and the bay of Bones. We had a reasonably large room with a lovely view. - the staff were caring and took good care of us.

everything was simply good. many things to mention - everything was immaculately clean, tasty food, pleasant views. the service was very good and the location was unbeatable. the personnel was really excellent and excellent, and the owner too.

The hotel building is nice. The bed was amazing, so at night I slept well. The venue's setting was in front of such tourist attractions as Beach. Location was within 15 min walking distance to Divono Kamp.

Good value, room was huge, staff were super friendly! The location was magnificent to the lakefront. Moreover, it's adjacent to the lake, the beaches and the centre.

The room was neat with a jacuzzi. The location was absolutely perfect and lovely in a pretty area, not far from restaurants, the bay of Bones and St Naum monastery, and the lakefront.

Alexandar Villa is unquestionably the best hotel in Ohrid. With just 12 rooms it exudes exclusivity, the owners and the staff are friendly and attentive, the pool and gardens are simply fabulous. The morning aerobatic display by the swifts above the pool is a bonus. With slightly less favourable weather than on our previous stay, the new spa facilities were very welcome and the in-room jacuzzi is a great favourite. Although prices are high by Ohrid standards it is amazing value for money compared to elsewhere in Europe. Ohrid is a jewel and the people are so friendly, we shall be returning, and would not consider staying anywhere else.

As returning guests, we already knew and were prepared for the fact that the rooms, while large, have limited storage space, and the selection offered by the restaurant is also limited. About 3km out of town, we were also prepared for the (very pleasant) 45-minute stroll or the regular cab rides, which at just €2.50 for the trip do not need to be budgeted for.

The hotel is beautifully situated by the lake, and our room was comfortable.

Long walk to Ohrid. We had a car or took a taxi.

The setting is beautiful , great nature and lovely hotel surrounded by green anf flowers in the garden.The owners were lovely people very friendly. The food was great at the restaurant and the rooms were spacy and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and I will surely go back !
